Queen Oyobee is the boss of Yuki Yuki Land. She is the fifth boss of Bomberman '94.
Strategy
Queen Oyobee is easier than most of the other bosses. She moves very slowly, if at all, and will throw her crown which doesn't move very far. Her other attack is where she shoots blue sparkles at the player.
