Bomberman Touch: The Legend of Mystic Bomb (ボンバーマン TOUCH -The Legend of Mystic Bomb-) is a video game for mobile phones (iOS) released in 2008 in North America. It also has a sequel as well.
Story[]
Bomber John and his partner learn of a legendary treasure within the ancient KA-BOOM Temple. They fly their plane through some rough storms and finally discover the temple. Inside is an ancient staff that begins to glow and causes unknown events.
Gameplay[]
The player must uses bombs to defeat enemies in a grid-like maze. This game is unique in that the controls are all touch screen. The player places their left hand on a touchable D-Pad and their right hand on a bomb button. They must tap these controls to make Bomberman move and set bombs. This is one of the first Bomberman games that is controlled entirely through touch screen.
This is also one of the few Bomberman games to not feature a multiplayer mode.
